NiteSafe Duo Lux – Plug-In LED Night Light & Emergency Torch

The NiteSafe Duo Lux is a bright, rechargeable night light and emergency torch combining motion detection, dusk-to-dawn lighting and automatic power-cut activation.

Designed to remain plugged in and ready for use, it provides everyday night lighting alongside reliable illumination when the power goes out.

How To Use

Keep the Duo Lux seated in its induction charging cradle with the wall socket switched on. It defaults to Motion Sensor mode, activating for approximately 20 seconds when movement is detected in low light.

Press the side button while docked to select Dusk Till Dawn + Motion Sensor mode. This provides a soft constant night light that increases in brightness when movement is detected.

Remove the Duo Lux from its cradle for handheld use. The top LEDs automatically illuminate, while the side button allows you to cycle through the additional front LED and flashing modes.

During a power cut, the top LEDs automatically activate, providing up to 8 hours of emergency light from a full charge.

Please Note

The night light responds to ambient light levels, so shadows or low daylight may cause it to activate during the day. Position the Duo Lux where its sensor has a clear view of the surrounding light conditions for best performance.

The night light and motion sensor cannot be manually disabled on the Duo Lux. If you require a model that can operate solely as a power-failure light, choose the NiteSafe Maxi.

Power-failure detection requires the torch to have sufficient charge and be correctly seated in its cradle with the wall socket switched on. Use with extension cables is not recommended, as the emergency light may not activate correctly.
